The IP sidd provides directs to British Virgin Islands (regular offshore banking provide4r and shipping industry central for that), registered to Confluence Networks Inc.,which appears to be an Isp company that has offices on a few locations on both sides the Atlantic. But little new info is available, people at RC are aware of this says M.Mann in FB. Likely it's good advice to not dig too deep into this.
