I sometimes cry also. Here is a poem that might help.

"Spring and Fall"

To a young child

    Margaret, are you grieving
    Over Goldengrove unleaving?
Leaves, like the things of man, you
With your fresh thoughts care for, can you?
Ah! as the heart grows older
It will come to such sights colder
By and by, nor spare a sigh
    Though worlds of wanwood leafmeal lie;
And yet you will weep and know why.
Now no matter, child, the name:
    Sorrow’s springs are the same.
Nor mouth had, no nor mind, expressed
What heart heard of, ghost guessed:
It is the blight man was born for,
It is Margaret you mourn for.

Gerald Manley Hopkins (1880)

Maybe it's because you're Russian? I don't know that many Russians, but I've read some Russian literature.

Or maybe it's age. I also get emotional more and more easily. My grandfather would always have these glassy eyes, especially when I'd say goodbye to him. But could be the wine also.

I mostly cry when I watch a movie nowadays (which always makes my wife and daughter laugh, especially when I start to explain - sobbing - why it makes me so sad). Or when I think too much about Arctic sea ice loss and AGW in general. And monoculture, soil erosion, the way people feed themselves, the cancer, the diabetes, the wars, etc. :'(
The enemy is within
Don't confuse me with him

Thanks :) I wonder how could I post it here :) But I think it's OK;) Poems in English are interesting and beautiful. Really.  English is the great language. I very rarely speak English but due to this forum I have some practice otherwise I can forget it easily

since i dislike too many "me too(s) i just say that reading this page can do the for some job :-)

especially i find it kind of brave to admit certain things in public since there are still too many old school people who'd say that a man doesn't cry, totally disagree, on the opposite, a good man
should be able and self-confident enough to cry not only in secluded places.

i personally am of the "movie" fraction as well as get tears most often from happiness and recognition of new valuable insight.
