Toronto receives about 100mm of rain, lots of flooding

The July average for the entire month is some 74mm of rain.

Canadiens are having really bad luck lately: Calgary floods, train derailment, Toronto flooding, and horrible soccer program. Plus side, Toronto Bluejays are looking great.
