Copernicus Masters: Awards for Earth Observation Solutions

Copernicus Masters competition is on for FY2015 with the proposal submission deadline set for July 13, 2015. I have been looking at previous challenge winners and their Earth Observation proposals range from bathymetry mapping to crop detection to ground deformation but I see precious little on cryospheric applications such as the use of the freely available SAR data from CryoSAT and Sentinel-1 for sea ice and iceberg detection.
