I get this message while I clicked on the regional graphs at Arctic Sea Ice Graphs ..

It just seems that their server was down and you hit a standard US Gov landing page... Every click is logged by default on every web server in the world, even this Forum. Nothing to be alarmed about!
This forum helps me to feel less uncomfortable about "doing something" about the melting Arctic and the warming world.
