Official Plane Used By Trump Will Fly to Scotland Just Before Biden Inauguration – Report
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/jan/04/trump-biden-inauguration-plane-flight-scotland

The murk surrounding Donald Trump’s likely whereabouts on his last day as president has thickened considerably with news that an official plane he has used in the past is due to fly to Scotland the day before Joe Biden’s inauguration

Most Trump-watchers expect him to dodge any event that would involve acknowledging his election loss. They predict he will stage a spectacular diversion to detract from Biden’s first day on the job.

Many versions of that scenario have the outgoing president flying to his private club in Florida, Mar-a-Lago. But Scotland’s Sunday Post has reported that Prestwick airport, near Trump’s Turnberry golf course resort, has been told to expect a US military Boeing 757 that has occasionally been used by Trump, on 19 January.

The report said that speculation over a possible inauguration day drama has been fuelled by sightings of US military surveillance aircraft circling Turnberry for a week in November, doing possible advance work.

“It is usually a sign Trump is going to be somewhere for an extended period,” the Post quoted an unnamed source as saying.

Leaving the country before formally leaving office would be unprecedented for a US president.

Flying to Scotland before 20 January would be a way to get US taxpayers to pay for the first leg of a post-presidential holiday. It is also possible the flight was booked as a contingency by a candidate surprised by defeat and unsure what to do.

Multiple reports suggest he will face severe difficulties in his heavily indebted business empire.

New accounts published on Monday showed Trump’s array of golf properties in Scotland lost £3.4m in 2019, though Trump Turnberry showed a modest profit.

Wherever Trump goes on 20 January, it is unlikely the exit will be quiet or particularly dignified. But it will be unlike any presidential departure the country has ever witnessed.

Trump Not Welcome In Scotland
https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2021/01/05/europe/trump-unwelcome-scotland-coronavirus-gbr-intl/index.html

– Scotland says U.S. President Donald Trump is not welcome in the European nation.

But it’s nothing personal, it has to do with the country’s coronavirus restrictions.

During a news conference Tuesday, Scottish leader Nicola Sturgeon was asked about media speculation that the U.S. president may travel to a golf course in Scotland around the time of President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.

“We are not allowing people to come into Scotland without an essential purpose right now,” Sturgeon said.

“Coming to play golf is not what I would consider to be an essential purpose.”

Things Trump lost so far:
The Presidency
The Senate
Georgia
And his sanity.

Things he's about to lose:
His social media accounts
His freedom
His company
And even more sanity...

GOODBYE LOSER!!!!

His only purpose in life is self-aggrandizement...

Golf is played by the rich and powerful, and thus he plays golf...

The thing about sanity is that humans are still searching for it...
Looked at our planet lately? Where is the sanity in that?

You can't not admire Trump for what he's been able to achieve. He became the most powerful man in the world, and his name will be remembered for hundreds, probably thousands of years... Completely insane people can't do that!

Yes, he's sick. Something went wrong when he was a child that made him who he is. He can't help it... I know. I'm narcissistic as well... So I understand Trump pretty good...

This difference between Trump and me is that I still care about things that are bigger than me. He doesn't... He's a dangerous narcissist... I've failed... Yet many succeed and run the biggest companies in the world...

The world is run by crazies!

Quote
The Three Subtypes of Narcissistic Personality Disorder

1. Grandiose “Overt” Type

This type is considered to have the highest severity of poor interpersonal and psychosocial functioning, and higher comorbidity with other psychiatric disorders (including other personality disorders and substance abuse). They may present with more anger and hostility than the other types. Despite more illness severity, people with this type of NPD are less likely to present for help and engage in treatment. In some severe cases, individuals with this presentation may encompass the “malignant narcissist” subtype.

2. Fragile/Vulnerable “Covert” Type

This type is considered to possibly present more often for mental health treatment, with higher comorbidity with depressive and anxiety disorders. These individuals have more issues with vulnerability to criticism, and fluctuation between high and low self-esteem. NPD may actually be missed as a core source of their symptomatology, as they do not necessarily present with the overt grandiosity and lack of empathy as some with the disorder. But they still may have underlying traits of covert expectations of superiority or recognition and remain preoccupied mainly with their own sensitivity and perceived failures.

3. High-Functioning “Exhibitionist” Type

This type is less likely to have psychiatric comorbidity and may not necessarily meet the functional impairment criterion for NPD, except during periodic crises or unexpected failures (such as losing a job or undergoing a divorce). They appear to be outwardly successful and generally maintain their ego stability, but they still maintain an essential NPD personality structure; issues with entitlement and self-centeredness may lead to interpersonal issues and exploitative, unempathetic behaviors.

Today about a dozen Senators and about a gross of House members will solemnly object to the election result. Hopefully this is about the last gasp of what was, however badly planned and implemented, an attempted coup d'état.

I found myself humming "Send in the Clowns".

"Oh aren't they so rich,
Oh aren't they so fine,
They gave us the vote
and we elected these swine".

Trump has access to all of America's dirty little secrets. How many of those secrets is he using to pressure Republican senators? What does he know that he's threatening to expose if they don't do what he wants?

Trumps biggest fear right now is to become known throughout history as a big fat loser...
AND THAT MAKES HIM MORE DANGEROUS THAN EVER!!!

He won the presidency against all odds. So in his mind he's already a winner (and in many ways he is). But he cannot deal with the fact that all his accomplishments - for the rich he so admires (think about the boss of Exxon, Rex Tillerson, whom he suddenly could boss around) - would all go to waste like that...

He never really wanted to become president... And never really thought that he could win... But he knew that he could manipulate those religious morons he despises so much... He knew that he could use them to make the Trump name great again.... Because he is the number one conman in the world... The master of the lower fools...

Without SARS2, he would actually have been able to continue the con. Most poor religious idiots would have adored him for making the rich much richer... PRAY JESUS!!!! And fuck the poor... Because organized social policies are evil...

Just give everyone $2000, and protect social security!
BUT WE'RE NOT SOCIALISTS!!!!
We're just idiots that need an illusion to believe in so we can feel better about ourselves...

Trump was defeated in Georgia by a bunch of poor black people... TWICE NOW!
The hatred inside him must be boiling over right now...
There is no way in hell that he will ever accept a defeat by a bunch of "lower class black scum"...

Is anyone else looking forward to the next correspondents dinner?

Watch the exact moment in time when Trump decided to run and destroy everything Obama created...

Its the single most important moment in history that changed Americannot forever...

If you want to get rid of the stink in your house, you first have to find the source, expose it, and then deal with it...

Wonder how much America’s southern border wall grew under President Trump? The answer is 47 miles, raising the total walled distance along the U.S.-Mexico border from 654 miles when Trump took office to now 701 miles. (The entire border is 1,954 miles long.)

https://twitter.com/mollymotoole/status/1346526364749291523
https://twitter.com/KannoYoungs/status/1346523250470363143

And the costs to U.S. taxpayers, as well as the U.S. military? As recently as October, the Trump administration “said it had identified $15 billion — most of it from military funds — to build a total of 738 miles, which comes out to roughly $20 million a mile,” ProPublica and Texas Tribune wrote. (Last January, NPR reviewed similar CBP figures and called it “the most expensive wall of its kind anywhere in the world.”) “That’s compared with the $2.4 billion the government spent from 2007-15 to build 653 miles of fence, as well as gates, roads, lighting and other infrastructure, according to the GAO.”

https://www.texastribune.org/2020/10/27/border-wall-texas-cost-rising-trump/

$1,000,000,000.00 = 3 miles

Who wants to go to the Maldives on the U.S. taxpayers’ dime? Anthony Tata has raised his hand. And so the Pentagon’s man “performing the duties of under secretary of defense for policy” traveled to the archipelago nation on Tuesday ostensibly to speak with its defense minister.

https://www.defense.gov/Newsroom/Releases/Release/Article/2463423/readout-of-us-maldives-inaugural-defense-and-security-dialogue/

Reminder: Tata is a retired general-turned-conspiracy theorist who failed to garner enough Senate support to be officially named to a Pentagon post in 2020. But he was in Maldives Tuesday to talk about future joint U.S.-Maldives efforts in “exercises, logistics, information sharing and professional military education,” according to the Defense Department.
Not mentioned: Climate change, which could cost the country several islands if stronger mitigation measures do not materialize soon. Reuters has more on Maldives climate-related troubles, here.

Incitement to Riot

It’s important to note that Donald Trump instructed his supporters to march to the Capitol when he addressed rally attendees in Washington this afternoon.

“We’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Ave -- I love Pennsylvania Avenuw -- and we’re going to the Capitol,” the president said.

“We’re going to try and give our Republicans -- the weak ones because the strong ones don’t need any of our help -- we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country,” Trump added. “So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue.”

They’re shooting into the Senate Chamber.

A congressional reporter said one protester was shooting into the House chamber, as police officers tried to barricade the door with guns drawn.

The Republican Party is now a terrorist organization.

The Trump supporters storming the Capitol are now walking on the Senate floor, after the vice-president and lawmakers who were in the chamber were evacuated amid the electoral college vote certification.

But Americans are pussies! They will never cause a real revolution... They've got it too good for that...

Supporters of President Donald Trump have breached the US Capitol and one woman has been shot as one of the most iconic American buildings is engulfed in chaos after Trump urged his supporters to fight against the ceremonial counting of the electoral votes that confirmed President-elect Joe Biden's win.

... An armed standoff was taking place at the House front door as of 3 p.m. ET, and police officers had their guns drawn at someone who is trying to breach it. A Trump supporter was also pictured standing at the Senate dais.

A woman is in critical condition after being shot in the chest on the Capitol grounds, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The sources could not provide further details on the circumstances of the shooting.

Vice President Mike Pence was also evacuated from Capitol, where he was to perform his role in the counting of electoral votes.

Video from inside the Capitol showed Trump supporters marching through Statuary Hall. The US Capitol Police is asking for additional law enforcement for assistance, including federal authorities, per a source familiar.

The source says there are several suspicious devices outside the Capitol building.

House and Senate leadership is safe and in an undisclosed locations, according to a person familiar. A separate lawmaker said House members have been evacuated to a location that this source would not disclose.

Federal and local law enforcement are responding to reports of possible pipe bombs in multiple locations in Washington DC, according to a federal law enforcement official. It's unclear if the devices are real or a hoax, but they're being treated as real.

Donald Trump has not yet called on the mob to disperse; he has simply asked them to “remain peaceful,” even as some of them engage in violence

This difference between Trump and me is that I still care about things that are bigger than me. He doesn't... He's a dangerous narcissist... I've failed... Yet many succeed and run the biggest companies in the world...

The world is run by crazies!

One little remark here:

Running a big company (the biggest in the world) is NOT SUCCESS but ethical failure.

No-one with his ego under good control and basic ethical rules/views can ever get and has ever gotten that high up in one of the biggest companies of the world. On the contrary, they must be excessively narcistic egocentric egoists, ruthless and eliminate many competitors through dirty play before they can even get close to one of the or THE top positions.

Like there are no wise polititians. A wise man would either not go into politics or retire once he reaches a certain level of wisdom.

Those things bite each other. Like someone said, whoever votes for Trump must have some serious mental handicaps, even though they are not always and immediately obvious.

Whoever gets high up in politics cannot be trusted and the same applies to any industrial leader.

Best way/proof is that once they're gone and history comes to light bit by bit they all lose their nimbus and reputation in the aftermath, at least for those who care about ethics, truth and lets say the ten commandments as a basic handle to assess what the minimum ethical rules should be and this independent on furthergoing believes or non-believes (in god or whathaveyou)

Trump's presidency will end as badly as it began.

I can't believe what I watched actually happened today.

That was the lamest attempt at an insurrection that I've ever heard of.

The strongman in power loses elections, discredits the results and sends his mob to stop the transfer of power.

We’ve all seen this before. Usually somewhere in Africa or Latin America and sometimes in the less stable countries of Europe or Asia.

I'm getting seriously wasted... but I read this one line that I wanted to reply to...

If you run the biggest company in the world, you are responsible for a whole lot of workers that sell their soul to work for you so they can feed their family...

If you fuck up, these people lose their jobs and the ability to feed their family...

The world is complicated...
I often say controversial things to provoke a reaction so I can learn shit...
It's a complicated world...
If we want to save the planet, many people should die...
One child policy should be the rule...
But who am I to tell you that you can only have one child?
When does the greater good trump individual freedom?

If this shit was easy, we wouldn't have a need for libraries...

Rioter in the Senate chambers

Pentagon says Pence, not Trump, approved national guard deployment

The acting secretary of defense, Christopher Miller, said in a statement that he discussed the deployment of national guard troops to the Capitol with Mike Pence, not Donald Trump.

“Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the US Capitol,” Miller said in the statement.

“We have fully activated the DC National Guard to assist federal and local law enforcement as they work to peacefully address the situation. We are prepared to provide additional support as necessary and appropriate as requested by local authorities.”

There were earlier reports that the Pentagon had initially denied the request for national guard troops to be deployed, but reinforcements have now been sent to the Capitol.

As of 5 o’clock on Wednesday afternoon, Guardsmen still had not arrived on the Capitol grounds, but riot police were beginning to move the mob away from the building. D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has imposed a 6 p.m. curfew on the city amid concerns of potential violent clashes after dark.

Presidential historian Michael Beschloss: “This is a coup d’etat attempted by the President of the United States."

--------------------------------------------

For four years, Trump’s critics have been accused of hysteria and hyperbole for describing his movement as fascist, authoritarian, or lawless. Today, as Congress attempts to certify the election of a new president, the president has vindicated those critics.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

U.S. Trade Group Asks VP Pence to 'Seriously Consider' Invoking 25th Amendment to Remove Trump
https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2021/01/06/national-association-of-manufacturers-calls-dc-protests-sedition.html

A sharply worded statement from the head of the National Association of Manufacturers shows opposition to clashes that interrupted proceedings to accept Joe Biden as the next U.S. president.

The head of the group, Jay Timmons, was once executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Statement:

"Armed violent protestors who support the baseless claim by outgoing President Trump that he somehow won an election that he overwhelmingly lost have stormed the U.S. Capitol today, attacking police officers and first responders, because Trump refused to accept defeat in a free and fair election. Throughout this whole disgusting episode, Trump has been cheered on by members of his own party, adding fuel to the distrust that has enflamed violent anger.

This is not law and order. This is chaos. It is mob rule. It is dangerous. This is sedition and should be treated as such. The outgoing president incited violence in an attempt to retain power, and any elected leader defending him is violating their oath to the Constitution and rejecting democracy in favor of anarchy. Anyone indulging conspiracy theories to raise campaign dollars is complicit. Vice President Pence, who was evacuated from the Capitol, should seriously consider working with the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to preserve democracy.

This is not the vision of America that manufacturers believe in and work so hard to defend. Across America today, millions of manufacturing workers are helping our nation fight the deadly pandemic that has already taken hundreds of thousands of lives. We are trying to rebuild an economy and save and rebuild lives. But none of that will matter if our leaders refuse to fend off this attack on America and our democracy — because our very system of government, which underpins our very way of life, will crumble."

Sedition https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title18/part1/chapter115&edition=prelim

Sedition, a federal crime related to treason, is a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison and it refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it.

Sedition differs from treason (defined in Article III of the U.S. Constitution) in a fundamental way. While seditious conspiracy is generally defined as conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state, treason is the more-serious offense of actively levying war against the United States or giving aid to its enemies. Another way of looking at it is that seditious conspiracy often occurs before an act of treason.

U.S. Capitol Under Siege
https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/38585/gunfire-erupts-as-pro-trump-protestors-storm-the-capitol-in-unprecedented-move

https://www.thedrive.com/content/2021/01/capitol-riot-1.jpg?quality=85&width=1920&quality=70

... Just minutes ago, an E-4B national airborne command post aircraft sortied out of nearby Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. These aircraft are essential tools when it comes to continuity of government and in assuring the resiliency of the nuclear deterrent. We do not know if the E-4B's mission is related to what is ongoing in nearby Washington, D.C., but they are supposed to launch under certain circumstances from their forward operating location at Andrews. They famously did so during the events of 9/11, for instance.

Regardless, the question of continuity of government is a very real one at this time, with personnel scattered about during this crisis. It isn't clear if any level of these plans have been enacted, but we do know key players have been moved to undisclosed and hardened locations.

On another note, an E-6B TACAMO 'doomsday plane' has been orbiting over the region. It isn't clear if this mission is related to the events in Washington. E-6s do regularly fly missions around the country from various forward staging points. In this case, though, the E-6 sortied out of MCAS Beaufort and flew to the central east coast region and has been flying in the area since. This area includes a track over Chesapeake Bay, Philadelphia, and Delaware.

Congressional leaders were evacuated, apparently to Fort McNair, a known Continuity of Government support site.

Meanwhile, across the country in the Pacific Northwest, pro-Trump protestors have broken onto the grounds of the Governor's Mansion in Olympia, Washington.

I love the way Americannot is falling flat on its face in a big pile of shit...
I worry that Europe isn't strong enough to take over the torch...

This world needs unity right now, to fix our climate...
Who'll carry the torch?
For sure it's China, and hopefully they know they'll need Europe...

China = some kind of capitalist socialism...
Europe = Social Liberalism...
America = pure egoistic capitalism

So China and Europe are a match...
Americannot and China are going into a cold war...
Will Europe choose the past? (American greedy capitalism)
Or the future? (Chinese Confucianism)

Had Trump managed to get elected for four more years there's a good chance the USA would have never returned to the rule of democracy (such as it is anyway). Luckily, his power is not fully consolidated and many of the old guard in his own party oppose some of his crazier initiatives. Even so, the USA has tottered on the brink of anarchy in the last two months.

And it ain't over yet!
This party has only just begun...

Trump is in complete self-destruct mode now...
He doesn't know any better than to keep digging...
Changing course would involve self-critisism, and he's not able to do that...
All he's got left now is total anarchy...

But there's a very small chance that he will be removed from office tomorrow!
STAY TUNED!

Yes. Four more years of Trump would have changed America into a quasi-democracy such as Hungary or even Russia. Elections are being held but they are not a real competition as power is de facto always held by the ruling party.

Multiple sources familiar with the matter said there have been informal discussions about invoking the 25th Amendment among staff-level officials within the Trump administration.

Would the storming of the Capitol have happened if there were trusted unbiased news sources debunking conspiracy theories?

In the UK we have BBC, Channel 4 and ITN television news, all committed to impartiality, separate from government and regulated by the independent OFFCOM

Outlandish conspiracies and straight through the teeth lying has very little space here.

Is it too late for the USA to regulate and license a similar news source?

Yesterday was a rough day for sane Americans. I am hopeful that the venting has occurred and saner heads will prevail, but am not convinced this, in the short term, is the end of it. Trump is merely a symptom and there will be another like him in the future. Biden is no progressive, but will hopefully return us to the status quo of meh. We'll see.
