Wunderground tropical weather and hurricanes extended their temp graph

I noticed today that the graph now goes over 34C.  It used to peak at 32.

I'm wondering if this is driven by observed temps or by expectation???

Maybe they are following the lead of the Australians who had to add a new high temperature category and colour this year. See article about this at the Guardian http://goo.gl/YjvM6
