I just read a marvellous paper by Mikolajewicz et al. on the climate of an Earth rotating from east to west. AMOC stops, Sahara and Arabia green and many wondrous things happen.

The expected consequences of a retrograde rotation are reversals of the zonal wind and ocean circulation patterns. These changes are associated with major shifts in the temperature and precipitation patterns. For example, the temperature gradient between Europe and eastern Siberia is reversed

Since i live in Europe i don´t like that last idea so i vote for ´keep her spinning as she is´ but an interesting paper anyways. Thanks!

More evidence for the fine-tuning argument, which says that everything about the universe indicates that it is fine-tuned to be hostile to life!
