As posted elsewhere, this study firmly debunks Dr. Tskoul's baseless attacks on the NOAA datasets and confirms that precipitation is indeed increasing in Greece (and the Med in general).

If you refer to that coarse map at the top of the article, I would say that Greece is right between the more and less precipitation categories.

Why the injection of water in the Hansen paper happens at -15oC ??

I would think fresh melt water is 0oC and melted sea ice is -1.8oC...

Ice would be at surface....not injected at 3 ocean layers

You are overcomplicating it, its a simply an energy balance. Hansen doesn't want to deal with iceberg armadas in the model, so he mixes the water in at an appropriate temperature to maintain the energy balance.
