If you refer to that coarse map at the top of the article, I would say that Greece is right between the more and less precipitation categories.

Why the injection of water in the Hansen paper happens at -15oC ??

Ice sheet discharge (icebergs plus meltwater) is mixed as freshwater with mean temperature −15◦C into the top three ocean layers (Fig. S6).

I would think fresh melt water is 0oC and melted sea ice is -1.8oC...

You are overcomplicating it, its a simply an energy balance. Hansen doesn't want to deal with iceberg armadas in the model, so he mixes the water in at an appropriate temperature to maintain the energy balance.
