Different depths and a look at surface movement on one day.

I suspect ocean temps. can be affected by hydrothermal vents so what would be a proxy, alkalinity? surface and -150m
If you come by Kassy please delete the 4 mp4 above. thanks.

Removed them.

I don´t think hydrothermal vents do that much in the grand scheme of things for ocean temps.

I suspect it's where the oceans came from at least a significant fraction anyhow.
Two looks at the Garlic press temp.

Nice rotations there, interesting to see.

Ice thickness water movement
 temp

So you posted them after each other so first 5 secs is movement then end is ice? If so
shouldn´t the loops be equally long for easier comparison?

Both parameters at once, they're the same apart from scale, I did the smaller one first and thought it hard to read so zoomed in a tad. I tried a couple of other settings for % and they were worse, this captures the 'modelled' water movement beneath the ice to some extent. It looked like two parts to me at first. I tuned the ice thickness to try to find the level where ice would disappear/compact across the white median.

The theory is: average higher pressure = averagely anticyclonic
