I'm quite mathematical, so took a quick look. Most of it is very good, solid stuff. It's let down, though, by the page numbering. If you scroll down to the bottom of the last page, it reads "Page 212 of 330". Who stole the other 118 pages?

Looks like its a work in progress: the section numbering in the index changes at page 213.
