You will notice that the last interglacial ended 100k years ago, not 70-80ky, as they say in the press release. In addition While, Milankovitch cycles, were a good fit for the last 150k years, the pattern fit fell apart when older cores were analysed;
While the cycles are a factor, they are not a cause. The only strong correlation is GHG. Unfortunately Milankovitch cycles, as a cause for the ice age cycles is in a lot of text books, so thinking like this persists, but only by self imposed ignorance.
In the future, if you find an article that identifies Milankovitch cycles as the cause for glaceation, read no further, they have a false premise.
