So I was looking at how much water it would require for an adequate radiation shield for space travel and found the following chart.

Now that France is totally disturbed by a heat wave, the Newspaper Le Monde is publishing an article saying that climate change is full of opportunities.

I debated where to post this link. I think here is best... Another dopey idea to entertain us, and distract from the real work of reducing CO2.

Seems this idea won some kind of prize...(!) Refreeze the arctic using large 'submarine-like' floating ice-cube machines. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
