without javascript on. Thanks for setting this forum up. I use a different nickname elsewhere. I'm not expecting to write much here on sea ice, given the expertise of the regulars on the subject of the blog. Still had to register though, since I might have something equally non-expert to say on other subjects.

Not getting a "new" image on the thread, but the "unread image on the main page seems to have been tripped. Not sure this is a big deal at all.


If there were some way to eliminate the red warning screen coming in I think it might encourage those unaware of Neven's sterling reputation to risk using the site. I know in the past I've come across similar warnings & have decided that discretion was the better part of valor.


Congrats again to everyone who has had a hand in producing this. I think that in a very short period of time reporters and journalists wanting background on Arctic happenings are going to discover that the information they need can be easily accessed here.



BTW


Thanks so much for alerting me to the options under profile. Simply changing things to my time zone has made a difference.

My last entry didn't trigger anything. Quite possible that the perceived problem was all on my end. At any rate everything is working wonderfully.

Just found out how to switch between different keyboards, and not too sure how some wovels of english would be written in cyrillic. At least this post was off topic. Back to sea ice.

Hi, former Pmt here, not expecting to write much, some other interests take nowadays a largeabout chunk of the time i used for ASIF related stuff previously. I see this thread is about 10 years old. How the time flies...
