Nellie the icelephant , anyone ?
Yes...especially with the N. polar eye!
However, judging by the modest ears, it is probably a mammoth.
Perhaps the ice cap is signalling a looming extinction.

Lets call her Nellie the Mammoth then.

To Bombay a traveling circus came, they brought an
cloned mammoth and Nellie was her name
One dark night she slipped her iron chain
And off she ran to the Arctic Sea
And was never seen again
Until the satellite era

Makes more sense then i thought it would with some minor adaptations.

Sadly the second verse is a bit ruin these days.  ;)
Þetta minnismerki er til vitnis um að við vitum hvað er að gerast og hvað þarf að gera. Aðeins þú veist hvort við gerðum eitthvað.

Asian elephants have smallish ears
And an African elephant has ears shaped like Africa.

Now let's pray...

If the science don't fit our beliefs, we pray to God and cuddle up in our own delusional fantasy where everything makes sense again...

Cool! The Indian elephant has ears shaped like the subcontinent before it rammed into Eurasia...although that might be pareidolia too.  :)

I see a "Baney"-like caveman grinning, in profile, with a big right arm over his head.  Wait, or is it his left arm?

We have a winner! It is a little caveman carrying something under his arm.  ;D
