Why not formulate this list from the other perspective as well? Does this not feel incomplete (one-sided) to you?
We know what the stated goals of the Russians are, and they seem attainable.
We also know what the goals of US neocons are, even if not explicitly stated (sell weapons and get control over resources for US corporations to exploit). These are always attainable, because Ukraine is just another in a long line of projects.
The goals of Zelensky and his corrupt entourage is to stuff their pockets for as long as possible. This looks attainable on the face of it, but may come with a price later on.
The goals of West Ukrainian radical nationalists, ie ethnically cleanse Ukraine so it becomes one big Galicia, seems unattainable. Maybe they will be the first who are willing to compromise, as professor Nicolai Petro has explained they have done before in the past.
What are the goals of the rest of the West Ukrainians and are they attainable?
What are the goals of the collective West and are they attainable?
I'll give you my view: The goal of returning to the 1991 borders is not attainable. The easiest and fastest way to 'not let Putin win', is to negotiate. The more difficult, destructive and cynical way to 'not let Putin win' is to get to some Korea scenario. Maybe that's attainable, but I'm not sure. It's definitely not in the best interest of the (West and East) Ukrainian people.
Good, extended discussion IMO on The Duran yesterday:
